The Volume Pricing Matrix
• Single-Item Pickup (Sofa, Mattress, or Appliance): $115 – $150
• 1/4 Trailer Load (3 Cubic Yards): $195 – $250
• 1/2 Trailer Load (6 Cubic Yards): $350 – $425
• Full Trailer Load (12 Cubic Yards Mounded/Tarped): $595 – $750
Landfill Surcharges & Restricted Items
Our standard volume-based pricing includes generic furniture, yard waste, and standard construction debris. However, per City of Wichita regulations, Brooks Landfill levies mandatory surcharges on specialty, heavy, or hazardous items. To ensure total transparency, any property load containing the items below will have the exact city gate-fee added directly to the invoice:
Mattresses & Box Springs: +$20.00 each
Freon Appliances (Refrigerators, Freezers, AC Units): +$50.00 each
Large Electronics (TVs, Monitors, Microwaves): +$50.00 each
Automotive Tires: +$10.00 each (+$15.00 if attached to a metal rim)
Heavy Weight Tonnage: Standard loads over 1-ton or high-density structural demolition debris are subject to weight-based scale adjustments.
⚠️ Household Trash Restriction: Per city environmental ordinances, bags of mixed household kitchen garbage or food waste cannot be accepted into our commercial dump trailers.
